Peter was born in approximately 2020, and he joined the VRRA family with his bonded wife Teena who tragically passed away after a short illness.

Peter is doing well. He is still a shy bunny until he gets to know you and feels comfortable. He does really love his pats, when he wants them, and does have interest in being out of his pen around the family. After Teena passed, Peter would come out nightly and do binkies like crazy on our area rug, which he never did while she was alive. He is an absolute cutie, and quite loveable, in his own way.

Brittany & Ashley were two of a number of babies born September 3, 2025, to an injured stray mom who was in foster care. Both are single-maned lionheads.
Ashley, a larger single-maned lionhead, is adventurous, loves free roaming, and is clean outside her pen. Brittany is also a single-maned lionhead, a little more reserved than her sister but curious. She too loves to free roam and is clean and tidy outside her pen.
Both girls are used to respectful dogs and other rabbits.

These two characters come from different backgrounds but have made it work. Thanks to a dedicated foster volunteer, Mello and Jewel have bonded and become quick friends, Jewel is a gorgeous Rex and she loves to explore. She’s the more timid of the two, but warms up and loves to be stroked, especially when treats or some good veggies are involved. Mello is very well socialized and will come right up to see you – much like a small dog. His confidence definitely helps Jewel. He is part Lionhead and just looks adorable. Both are relatively young and are litter trained. They love their outside time, so outside pen access will make them happy.

This beautiful, sweet rabbit came into our local shelter as a stray. She was extremely emaciated and Ill and she was eventually transferred to VRRA as she needed the extra care.
She is a miracle of survival and her recovery exceeded anyone’s expectations. Today we have a rabbit who is happy, healthy and strong. She’s also very food motivated, has been free roaming, good with litter box. Lola 2 has learned how to play again!

BW was found as a stray (likely dumped) in Langley in January 2026. He is estimated to be around 1–1.5 years old. When he was rescued, he was very thin and undernourished. With a healthy diet, veterinary care, and lots of TLC, he has made an incredible recovery and is now stronger, healthier, and happier than ever. He has since been neutered and is continuing to improve his litter box skills. BW is also hoping to find a bunny friend to share his adventures with.
This handsome boy is highly food-motivated and loves his treats—especially loops and fresh greens. He enjoys plenty of run time, showing off his binkies and zoomies while exploring everything around him. His playful energy and affectionate personality bring laughter and joy wherever he goes.

Meet JR! JR was born early September 2025 after her mom was rescued by kind people. She is a mini version of her mother, a beautiful mix of brown. She is a small, compact little rabbit.
JR is a shy but very curious little girl, she loves to sit and observe what’s going on around her, she will run up to you to say hello !
JR is nearly fully litter box trained – with a little more time she will have it down perfectly!
JR LOVES dandelions, they are one of her favorite things to eat! JR is a thumper, she has no problems letting you know if she doesn’t like something.

Benny (Harlequin) and Chloe (lop) were surrendered to VRRA in January 2026. Benny is estimated to have been born in 2020 and Chloe was born June 1, 2021.
They came in obese, having been fed an unhealthy diet, and Chloe needed some dental work.
They have made impressive progress in the last couple of months: both have lost weight and are now totally litter trained. They started out as shy and wary, especially Chloe who needed meds, but are learning to trust and with time and patience they will blossom.
Since they’ve been healthier, they have become more playful and active, occasionally doing zoomies and binkies! They are the Richard and Hyacinth Bucket of the bunny world – Benny being the sweet and mild husbun of his larger than life bunwife, who always expects to be worshipped as she thinks she deserves. He is totally devoted to her and it’s beautiful to behold!

Our adorable little Sprout has come of age to find her forever home.
Sprout was found as a stray baby in New Westminster. She is a beautiful girl of about 7-8 months old with the softest, satin sheen black coat and white tipped toes! She’s affectionate, engaging, playful, and has impeccable litter box habits. Like most bunnies, she doesn’t like being picked up but loves pets, and will curiously come to investigate what you’re up to and binky with happiness to see you!
She enjoys a variety of veggies and is a pellets gourmet, who is partial to Martins and Sherwood and turns up her dainty nose at Oxbow. She will be happiest as a free roam bunny or with a room of her own. It’s every teenager’s right, isn’t it! Sprout will do well with kids who will get down on the floor at her level.

Meet Elrond who came to us as a stray and is now looking for his forever home. He’s estimated to be about 2 plus years old. Elrond is a dwarf single maned lionhead with a great disposition. He’s mellow and relaxed. Plays hard and sleeps hard.
He’s social and clean and would be a good candidate for bonding with another rabbit. He’s yet to have met any other animals as far as we are aware.
He’s recently showed his athletic and relaxing skills at Bunny Yoga!

Jinx is a quiet unassuming little rabbit so she does get overlooked.
She came to us from the local shelter as a stray. She’s a little shy at first until she gets to know you better. Jinx is extremely tidy and would do well in a home without children She also might do well with a more outgoing male rabbit.
