Nala (South Surrey)

Nala came into the local shelter as a stray and has now joined the VRRA family.

She is approximately three years old, and is shy so would need a quiet home who will understand her.  She is extremely clean, please see what her foster mom has to say about her:

Introducing my foster bunny Nala!

This pretty little lady is a nervous one, and required a quiet home urgently. She is not good with change and needed a safe space to let her true personality show.

She’s taking her time to settle in, but is getting more and more curious about me and the goodies I bring her. She is feeling comfortable enough to lay with feet stretched out. In a short time she is already coming out of her shell.

If you can give this serene little lady a forever home (maybe she would like a rabbit friend to cosy up to), please apply today!

Jellybean (Vancouver)

Jellybean was rescued as a small baby and has always had some kind of neurological trauma that causes her to be a bit unsteady. When excited she turns in circles. However, she is a very sweet and friendly girl who loves petting and attention. She is good with the pee in the litter box but tends to leave some droppings around.

Jellybean needs a home and to get out of the shelter. She really will be a loving pet. Jellybean is 2 yrs old in August. If you would like to adopt her, please apply today!

Ducky (South Surrey)

Meet Ducky!

She would love a home with lots of space to do her zoomies and binkies. She might even be a great agility bunny. She is full of personality & came in as stray young baby on Aug 6, 2022.  She was around 5 days old when found in a baseball diamond covered in sand with her siblings.

Ducky enjoys loop treats and rose petals. She is spayed and vaccinated and ready to be adopted! Ideally, she would do best in a rabbit-experienced adult-only home.

Apply today to meet Ducky!

Ali (South Surrey)

Ali can be a bit shy at first and she’s protective over her space (watch out broom, she’ll try to eat it!) but if you sit with her on her level and let her come to you, she really opens up and loves to be pet! That’s after she claims you by chinning you first!

The way to Ali’s heart is through treats. She knows the sound of a treat bag or a fruit peeling. She loves cilantro and mint. This beautiful black girl is full of personality. She came in as stray young baby on Aug 6, 2022, around 5 days old found in a baseball diamond covered in sand with her siblings, Ducky/Tippy & Little Foot and Petrie. This litter of babies was name after The Land Before Time Characters. Scarlett (South Surrey)

Beautiful Scarlett came to the shelter with three babies after being rescued off the streets.  She was very scared upon arrival. But, slowly, she is starting to trust again – especially if you have a treat in your hand!

She is looking for a quiet home; a home with experienced rabbit owners where she can feel safe and loved.

Scarlett has so much potential to blossom, won’t you give her a chance? And just look at those magnificent blue eyes.

Miss Muppet (South Surrey)

Meet Miss Muppet..

This beautiful black bunny with helicopter ears will keep you on your toes while also stealing your heart. She’s quite the character rabbit – sweet as pie and as spicy as can be.

Muppet will need a bunny-experienced home; teenager to adult would be best. Muppet is possessive of her space and has been known to bite. She’s normally great when free-roaming the house – her attitude seems to only be with sharing her stuff or having her area cleaned.

She’s great with respectful cats and dogs. She loves to cuddle and be pet on her terms. This spunky girl is in search of her perfect home.

Asha and Allie (Vancouver)

Asha and Allie were only about 4 weeks old when they were found with their other three siblings in a heap on the sidewalk, obviously dumped from a car. Despite their dire beginnings, these youngsters (born ~Feb 2021) are outgoing and friendly. A few words from their current foster:

Allie and Asha are a silly duo. Allie is the glutton of the two sisters. She’s always willing to try any treat at least once. In contrast, Asha is more reserved in terms of diet but much more curious and receptive to petting! She can regularly be found lounging on taller perches. Asha also has high standards of cleanliness. She’s often grooming herself and sporting a sleek black coat whereas Allie always looks a bit rumpled from getting into who knows where…

Though initially shy, especially Allie, once they warm up to you, they’ll start showing their mischievous side and come nudging at your ankles when they know it’s meal time!

If you would like to adopt Asha and Allie, please apply here!
