Miss Muppet (South Surrey)

Meet Miss Muppet..

This beautiful black bunny with helicopter ears will keep you on your toes while also stealing your heart. She’s quite the character rabbit – sweet as pie and as spicy as can be.

Muppet will need a bunny-experienced home; teenager to adult would be best. Muppet is possessive of her space and has been known to bite. She’s normally great when free-roaming the house – her attitude seems to only be with sharing her stuff or having her area cleaned.

She’s great with respectful cats and dogs. She loves to cuddle and be pet on her terms. This spunky girl is in search of her perfect home.

Peanut (South Surrey)

Introducing Peanut, a golden boy about 18 months old (as of Nov 2022). Peanut can be shy until he gets to know you. He loves to zoom around to burn up his energy and will entertain you with his binkies – he can be very fast!

If you’re interested in meeting him, please apply today to book an appointment at our South Surrey Shelter.

Cole (South Surrey)

Cole is a friendly and well-behaved young bun. He is in a foster home with a cat and kids who have been taught how to kindly interact with him. He is like a big teddy bear, laid back and enjoys his playtime.

If you’re interested in meeting him, please apply today to book an appointment at our South Surrey Shelter.

Asha and Allie (Vancouver)

Asha and Allie were only about 4 weeks old when they were found with their other three siblings in a heap on the sidewalk, obviously dumped from a car. Despite their dire beginnings, these youngsters (born ~Feb 2021) are outgoing and friendly. A few words from their current foster:

Asha & Allie are two very gentle and sweet sibling buns. They’re shy but love to initiate contact and investigate new things. They weirdly love feet with socks and resting your feet near them was the quickest way to pique their curiosity and initiate bonding.

Asha is the one distinguished by the tiny white spot on her nose. She is chill and enjoys a fair share of petting, while Allie is a bit shyer and more mischievous. When it comes to veggies or treats, Allie will shamelessly steal right from Asha’s mouth leaving Asha looking around confused. She probably thinks sharing means eating Asha’s half of the food.

The two have great litterbox habits and are quite neat with using a makeshift hayrack. They’re also quite all right with a bit of volume. We have a busy (adult) family and the buns will still be lounging on their rug or atop their box as people bustle around.

If you would like to adopt Asha and Allie, please apply here!

Sunny and Shady

This duo (born approx March 2021) are friendly and curious youngsters. Sunny is the golden boy, Shady the brown girl, both still growing! They are inseparable, napping, grooming, exploring and digging.

Being young buns, these two will need lots of exercise and distractions to keep them happy and occupied.

Digby (Vancouver)

Digby is enjoying his time with a foster family. He likes being groomed. He has a favourite blanket which he sleeps under at night. He is wary of hardwood floors and so will need carpeting or area rugs to run around on. He is a cautious bunny and sometimes easily frightened, but is learning how to relax with people he trusts. He is also making friends with his foster family’s dog! Scroll down to see Digby doing lots of happy binkies on the bed.

If you’re interested in meeting him, please apply today to book an appointment at our Vancouver Shelter.

Shadow and Noelle

Introducing energetic Noelle and her shy gentleman friend, Shadow. Noelle has a full grey coat and Shadow sports some adorable white toes on his hind feet. This playful pair are very close as they’ve grown up together. They are litter box trained. Cute (obvs), lively and sometimes mischievous, they enjoy chewing cardboard and are especially curious to explore new places. They love their secret (bunny-proofed) hiding spot behind their foster family’s washing machine. They eat well, enjoying a healthy diet of hay, pellets and lots of fresh garden greens. They’re ready to make your acquaintance over a cup of tea and some carrot tops 🙂

Ethel and Jackson

Ethel & Jackson are an adorable odd couple. Ethel is the outgoing one that takes the lead and Jackson is happy to follow along. Look at those gorgeous blue eyes! These two have excellent litterbox habits and will make wonderful permanent additions to some lucky person’s forever family.

Alfie, Alan, Alma and Amos

Alfie, Alan, Alma and Amos

Special rabbits for special people. These sibling (one sister and 3 brothers) lost their front feet to a predator when they were small babies. The most likely scenario is that they were kept on wire and that something bit their little feet off from below. Alfie, Alma, Alan and Amos do not know that they are different. They love each other as the photo shows. Alfie and Amos get around so you wouldn’t notice they were different. Alan and Alma have slightly more trouble as they lost a little more leg. But they all behave as normal rabbits and are  doing very well. It is, of course, important that they are kept on surfaces that will not hurt their legs but this is not a difficult thing to do and they use their litter boxes well. All are in good health and are good hay eaters. It would be wonderful if they could find a loving foster home together. Everything could be provided. Only love needs to be added.
