She found herself in a local shelter where she gave birth to a litter of babies. A shelter was no place for a mama rabbit and her babies, so she was welcomed into the Vancouver rabbit rescue family. Not only did she raise her own but was surrogate mom to another baby.

Maisey has completed her maternal duties and is now looking for a forever home of her own.

She’s a shy, quiet, gentle rabbit and would prefer a home that matches her personality. Children may be overwhelming for her, but she probably would like a rabbit friend. She was in a foster home with cats, a dog and other rabbits. We are estimating her to be between one and two years old.

She’s clean, has her favourite toys and will gently take a treat from you.

Please give this little rabbit a chance of a stable home after her difficult start in life. Apply today!

Meet our dear little Maisey, who was found as a stray fending for herself.
